Grape Variety: 90 % Sangiovese - 10% Canaiolo
Aging: 12-14 months aging in French oak barrels, then 6-8 months in big oak casks and refined at least 12 months in bottle
Fermentation: 10 – 15 days at 28- 30°C in stainless steel tank
Color: Intense ruby red with garnet hues
Bouquet: Subtle bouquet with hints of sour black cherry, wild berries and violet accompanied by vanilla’s nuances
Palate: Round and full of body, with a persistent and slightly tannic aftertaste
