The Champagne has stayed for 30 months on lees and has been disgorged 6 months before being corked.
This particular lot was exclusively bottled for a high end 5-star deluxe hotel, but we've managed to get our hands on a very limited 920 bottles, and are very excited to share our discovery with you.
It feels like it is under a pale yellow dress. The effervescence stands out while lightness showing a beautiful persistence. The fine and elegant nose enhances notes of cookies and pears.
