Winemaking: Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain fruit characters.
Tasting Note: Gentle flavors of lime, citrus, and lemongrass complement the stone fruit. Sancerre like texture characters. Fresh acidity balanced with tiny amounts of retained sweetness.
Enjoy with fresh shellfish or Asian inspired food. Serve at 8-10°C
