This is the 2019 limited edition whisky by Mars Whisky, vatted from Bourbon barrels and several other kinds of casks from the distillery in Shinshu. The nose is a mix of kaki fruit, apricot, and orange marmalade. Quince, melon, and sweetened condensed milk on the palate, soft mouthfeel then clean and smooth finish.
This whisky portrays hints of ripe persimmon and apricot, orange marmalade on the nose. Elegant and mellow taste like Chinese quince, melon, and milk candy on the palate with mooth and clean comfortable aftertaste.
