Flagship Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the limestone ridge right above the winery & cellar door.
Planted in 1972, this Cabernet is named for our famous Lime Cave, found beneath the winery, a continuation of the same soils the vines grow upon many meters above.
Dark purple in colour with aromas of classic Cabernet featuring cassis and blackcurrant. A generous palate with red currant, cranberry, and cherry with integrate cedar oak. Flavours are persistent on the finish with soft tannins.
