Cremeux de Bourgogne is made with pasteurised cow’s milk and as its cousin, it contains a minimum of 75 % of fat. Whipped cream texture, smooth and creamy depending on the affinage, cremeux de Bourgogne is buttery and delicate with its mushroom taste due to the line of truffle incorporate in the center of the cheese.
